Game 28: Leafs extend win streak to 3 games

Nothing could be better in Leaf land right now.
This win against the Predators marks the third straight win for the Maple Leafs. It is the first time this season they have won 3 in a row. The Predators just came off of a 6-5 win over the Senators, and were on a high. No such luck for them.
I think this photo says it all.

Yes that’s right, WADE BELAK scored. It was his first in 143 games, extending over 4 years. He turned to Mark Bell and exclaimed, “FINALLY!”.
Toskala was actually the story of the game, as he stopped 34 of 35 shots for the win.
But, as I said, this photo says it all for this game. Belak’s hands raised to the rafters and a Predator laying prone on the ice.
Good job boys.
