Welcome to the Maple Leafs Blog. I have been a die-hard fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs for years, and wanted to share some of my insights into this great hockey team.

First, a little background info. I have never played hockey. I always wanted to, but my parents were not willing to get up at 5:00 AM for the practices. I know a remarkable amount of information regarding the sport for someone who has never played. When I watch games with my friends, they get a little weirded out when I say the exact same things as the announcers, BEFORE they say it! I swear I could be a broadcaster, covering both play-by-play and colour. If the TV is on, its turned to either a hockey game, or sports highlights. Hockey seems to stick in my head, and now its time to get it down on paper… er, the web.
